Information You Enter
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search widget is sent to the outside provider that returns results; this site does not keep a search history. If you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected by the Site
Our hosting service records standard server-log details, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and times. We review grouped traffic to maintain the site and understand which pages are used. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, ad measurement.
How We Use Information
Information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and page improvements. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual user profiles.
Other Sites and Search Services
Our links lead to Utah county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services. Each destination's own privacy policy applies to information you enter there; sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company.
Who Processes Information
Hosting and support providers process server logs as part of running the site. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and server logs are kept only for the purposes described above. Because there are no user accounts, this site holds no account password or user profile.
Children and Teens
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18; contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so we can remove it.
Privacy Choices and Utah Law
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives consumers covered by the law rights concerning personal data provided to a covered business. Depending on the request and statutory exceptions, these rights include access, correction, deletion of data the consumer provided, portability, and opting out of covered sales or targeted advertising. The law does not cover every website or every kind of data. To ask about information you sent us, use the Contact page. Public records held by Utah state, county, or city offices remain with those custodians under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA); direct record questions to the office that holds them.
Policy Changes
We will post revisions to this notice on this page. Continued use after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
